Tee-Shirt Conversion

Have a tee that you LOVE but can't bear the thought of me chopping it into a little piece to make a dress top from?  Send it to me & let me convert it to a halter top!  Super cute & versatile -- cute with shorts, jeans, jackets or no jacket!

Halter tops tie at the back of the neck & have open back with elasticized band to keep it tight.  I can also fit the shirt to be more fitted in case the shirt is big & baggy on you now!

We're Razorback girls at heart... but she married a Red Raider & I got my Masters there, so you can't blame us for cheering on Tech.

I've Been Busy!

Well, I've been busy the past few weeks making lots of gameday dresses so when football season hits (and I'm back in school teaching with less free time on my hands), I'll have a stash that my customers can freely buy from!

Longhorns Tank

A friend here in Austin found an adorable bling Longhorn tank a few weeks ago & knew she wanted a gameday dress to wear to the upcoming games this season.  I had the perfect skirt fabric & then we both decided that brown zebra print would set it off with the sash.

The outcome?  

An adorable dress that is sure to turn heads next weekend here in Austin…

Newest Project: An Old Tee to a New Tee!

I have been wanting to make a one-shouldered dress for a while, but just today sat down & started cutting up old shirts.  Here's what I came up with:

For now, I'm going to convert tees into new tees for $30 + shipping.

I'll be converting into a dress version soon...

(I just need to get a few other projects completed before I take this new one on too!)

I think this will be ADORABLE with jeans & heels once the weather turns a bit cooler.

More Hog Dresses!

I spent the weekend making some awesome Hog dresses for some great Razorback fans...

First off was this cute 18-24 month polka dot Hog dress with matching black sash.  

(I usually do not make the sashes to go with the little girls dresses, but the Mom who ordered this was one of my friends from "back home", so I had to do it!)  ha

Next is a Hog dress for another friend "back home".  (When I say that... I mean the great state of Arkansas!)  Another 18-24 month dress... and the little girl who will be wearing this dress is best friends with the little girl who will be wearing the sashed dress (above).  Can't wait to see a pic of both of them sporting their new dresses!

And, finally, a Mother/Daughter dress combo.  I love how these match, but aren't too matchy-matchy.  The zebra print sash ties it all in together.  

The little dress was a 12-18 month... the smallest gameday dress I've made yet!
